11S7 Yacht Group LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by 11S7 Yacht Group LLC (“11S7 Yacht Group”).
By booking, submitting payment, or participating in any charter experience, Charterer agrees to these Terms in full.

Charter Overview

11S7 Yacht Group provides private bareboat charter experiences as outlined in each confirmed booking.

Charterer is responsible for:

Guests and conduct onboard
Food and beverage arrangements
Compliance with all applicable laws
Passenger limits must not exceed vessel capacity.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit Card
Zelle
Approved electronic payments
Full payment must be completed prior to departure.

Weather Policy

11S7 Yacht Group reserves sole discretion in determining unsafe conditions, including:

High waves
Heavy rain
Thunderstorms
Strong winds

If weather is deemed unsafe:

Charter may be rescheduled within 12 months, subject to availability

Cloudy weather or light rain does not qualify for cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

More than 72 hours prior: eligible for rescheduling
Within 48 hours: non-refundable

All requests must be submitted in writing.

Rescheduled bookings are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation.

Vessel Use & Responsibilities

Charterer agrees to:

Maintain the vessel in its condition
Supervise all guests
Avoid damage to equipment and interiors

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items will result in additional charges.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
All disputes shall be resolved in Cook County, Illinois.

Liability

All charter experiences are undertaken at the Charterer’s own risk.

11S7 Yacht Group is not liable for:

Personal injury
Loss or damage of personal property

Signed waivers are required prior to boarding.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid.

Captain Requirements

All captains must meet licensing and insurance requirements.

11S7 Yacht Group reserves the right to deny any captain deemed unsafe or unqualified.

Force Majeure

11S7 Yacht Group is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including:

Coast Guard restrictions
Harbor or marina closures
Government regulations
Severe weather

Membership Terms

Memberships are seasonal and subject to availability.

Benefits do not roll over
Blackout dates may apply
Memberships are non-transferable unless approved

Lost & Found

All personal belongings remain the responsibility of the Charterer and guests.

11S7 Yacht Group is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Items recovered onboard will be held for 10 days.
Unclaimed items may be discarded or donated at our discretion.

Any return shipping or handling costs are the responsibility of the Charterer.

Media & Use

11S7 Yacht Group may use photos or video captured during charters for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing prior to the charter.

Final Note

These Terms represent the complete agreement between all parties and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
